I started in the loan industry in 1996. I handle residential and commercial purchase loans and refinances, home equity lines, VA and FHA loans, reverse mortgages, and SBA loans too.
I have always worked exclusively for independent brokerages. This gives me the ability to shop around with the MANY banks we are approved with, and now have financing in 46 states. My clients get the most competitive pricing out there. I have premiere relationships with our lenders, thus giving you premium rates and programs to choose from.
I pride myself on being available 24-7 for my clients, considering weekends and evenings are sometimes the only good time to discuss their financial needs and scenarios. I offer a higher level of care that you will NOT get working directly with a bank.
